Jan.19,2012Ever felt like you were never good enough for God? I sure have felt that MANY times. I was just listening to “10 Good Reasons” by “Hello Kelly” and i just couldn’t help my self but to pull up the lyrics and to post them here. Tell you what, I am SOOO thankful that Christ died to forgive me EVEN though He knew how many times I would mess up. Romans 5:8 says that Jesus actually died for us EVEN while we were still sinners. It means that He didn’t do it because we showed any improvement or that we did anything that looked promising. Rather He did it in Hope that one day we would turn from our wicked ways and accept His love and sacrifice.
When you feel like your not good enough and that you feel like you need to give God reasons as to why He should love you, welcome to the club. All you need to do is to thank Him for His sacrifice and show Him that you love Him by obeying Him.
