Buzy Summer!

Well this summer have been a SUPER eventful summer with the getting married and the buying of a house and all but now life goes on.

This summer, though it has been really eventful, it has been good. I know i haven’t blogged in a while but it should be a regular thing again now. I will try to blog once a week or so, i promise. Also, I know that many of you have asked about our wedding pictures but we haven’t received them yet but when we get them i will post some for all of you

So yea, i have gotten twitter. Pastor Les Has got me hooked on ONE MORE THING haha. The weird thing is that i actualy kinda somewhat sorta like it a bit. anyways, my Id is jesusowns9 so add me and i’ll let you know whats happening in my life!

Guitar Hero Ministry Mentality

If my generation isn’t careful, we may fall into a Guitar Hero mentality toward ministry:
Everybody wants to be a rock star, but no one wants to learn the chords.

It’s hard work to study God’s Word. To pray for breakthrough. To do spiritual battle on behalf of those we lead. To charge forward in faith for the cause of Christ. To run a church with the highest standard of excellence.

Aspiring ministers:
Be willing to pay the price. Or please go do something else with your life.
