No Pain, No Gain!

So i FINALLY joined a Gym last week. “w00t w00t” Only when you join the gym do you TRULY realise how out of shape you are hahaha. Me and my budy Jono used to be in this workout club back in school and i remember when i used to be skinny and about to squat 375lb 15 times in 2 reps or when i used to dead lift 400lb 5 times 2 reps just for fun. I found this weird squat machine at the Oshawa Civic and i was struggling to squat 180 for goodness sakes. Needless to say i am on my way to a healtier lifestyle and am loving the idea! i went to the gym about 4 times already and my legs are just killing me but my arms are almost fully recovered praise God. I know that when you start out it always hurts because i have to get my body back into the routine. It is all worth it though! No pain, no gain right?

I love what Pastor Frank said this sunday about how Christianity is NOT for wimps!

Christianity is no walk in the park! 1 Timothy 3:12 says this” In fact, all those who want to live a godly life in Christ Jesus will be persecuted.” What Paul was saying here was basically no pain, no gain!
