So, i was doing some research for our May1-3 2009 Generation Conference here at OCC, and i was looking up some Greek original definitions and came across a section of my concordance that has all the true meaning of names. So i looked up Philip and to my disappointment…… it means “Lover of Horses”. I don’t even like horses that much. So yea, that’s a bummer haha.

Maybe you just haven’t spent enough time with horses to realize how much you actually like them Phil. I mean, all the toughest people throughout history rode horses. You could become one of them! Like the mongols!
Also, my name means “one who supplants”, which basically means to take ones place/replace someone’s place by force/treachery or by superior power/excellence. Kind of a mixed bag (better watch your position Phil.)
Anyways, you should change your name to Tank Gunbullet. That would be so awesome.
P.S. – Why is there still no blogg on me?
Would Love to know the Meaning of my Name.

There is actualy tons of places online that give you the def. of your name. just do a google search!
Hey Phil, wow your name, so you love horses? OK maybe not but did you know that the horses from centuries ago saved many peoples lives through the black death? Yup, fleas hate horses, and the fleas brought the plague, so when are ya gonna get a horse? I also heard someone speak something on meekness, and he said that war horses are meek. I was kind of surprised to hear that, but he described it as being completely committed and dedicated to the commands of his rider or owner, running headlong into battle without thought of himself rather just an immediate response to the command of his owner, meek, kinda cool I thought.
wow, really? that is actualy quite powerful lol thank you!
